Product and sales trainings

We conducted Pressio product and sales trainings for our distributors (business partners) in 2020 (before the Covid-19 pandemic).
I’m introducing the contents of the trainings here today.

(Currently our factory is closed to the public due to the pandemic. We appreciate your understanding.)

 

We held the trainings for two days the schedules are as follows.

 

< First day >


11:00 – 12:00 | Pick up our business partners at the airport and move to our factory together

12:00 – 13:00 | Lunch (Pressio bento box) at our factory

13:00 – 14:00 | Factory tour / office area and producing area

14:00 – 15:30 | Machine trainings of Pressio flat wrapping machine ( RV-9 )
        - the basic specification / available samples etc.
        - how to operate the machine
        - how to replace the spare parts (overview)
        - how to solve the typical machine errors (overview)
        - Q & A

15:30 – 16:00 | Break

16:00 – 18:00 | Machine trainings of Pressio Collator ( 1100TZ-SH )
        - the basic specification / available samples etc.
        - the overviews (switch, dial, and label)
        - how to adjust the conditions before operating (friction strength degree)
        - how to set and add the samples on each tray
        - how to replace the spare parts (in detail)
        - how to solve the typical machine errors (in detail)
        - demonstrations with various samples
        - Q & A

09:00 – 10:00 | Pick up our business partners at accommodation and move to our factory

10:00 – 12:00 | Sales trainings
        - the target markets / case-studies / customer’s reviews
        - the differences compared to our competitors
         (the advantages and the disadvantages)
        - the customer’s benefits
        - ROI information
        - the sales support contents
         (brochures, specification sheets, sales materials, and videos etc. )
        - some sales proposal materials

 

12:00 – 13:00 | Lunch outside ( local ramen )

13:00 – 15:00 | Move to one of our customer’s site to check how our customer uses

15:00 – 17:00  | Meeting
        - follow up the machine trainings and sales trainings
        - the price list and the sales condition
        - next action plans (both of us)
        - Q & A

17:00 – 18:00 | Move to accommodation

Our Pressio factory is located in Nagoya and [90] minutes by car from Chubu Centrair International Airport.
