The difference between TZR-SC and TZR-SH

We are often asked about what are the differences between [ TZR-SC model ] and [ TZR-SH model ] , so I’m showing the differences here on this blog today.
First of all, please take a look at the following photo.
TZR-SC is Pressio flag-ship model, and it consists of the main body, the jogger catch tray (Red circle), and the integrated lifter (Green circle).
On the other hand, TZR-SH is Pressio standard model, and it consists of the main body and the simple catch tray (Brown circle).
With regard to TZR-SC,

On the jogger catch tray, the collated sample sets are aligned automatically and transferred to the integrated lifter, and then the sets are raised by the lifter.

While the collated samples sets are aligned and raised, the main machine continues collating, so it won’t affect your collating lead-time.

It has 6 types, like 15, 17, 19, 21, 23, and 25 trays .
(All types include folding function tray which makes Outer jacket (wrapper paper))

TZR-SC can adapt to the following 2 sizes of sample set.
– A4 size (210 × 297mm / 8.27 × 11.69 in)
– B4 size (257 × 364mm / 10.12 × 14.33 in)
It your sample paper size are not the above sizes, we would like to suggest TZR-SH model.

It has 9 types, like 6, 8, 11, 15, 17, 19, 21, 23, and 25 trays.
(All types include folding function tray which makes Outer jacket (wrapper paper))

As for 6 trays and 8 trays collators, you can change the folding function tray into a normal tray.

It can be connected with the external lifter as an optional machine.

TZR-SH without the lifter can adapt to the sample sized as follows,
– The minimum size: 100 × 148mm / 3.93 × 5.82 in
– The maximum size: 340 × 450mm / 13.38 × 17.71 in
TZR-SH with the lifter can adapt to the sample sized as follows,
– The minimum size: 210 × 297mm / 8.27 × 11.69 in
– The maximum size: 340 × 450mm / 13.38 × 17.71 in
